The ability to receive truth directly from God is right at the heart of the New Covenant and the experience of Pentecost Acts 2:16-18 says "But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel: "And it shall be in the last days, says God, I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. And in those days I will pour out My Spirit upon My slaves and My slave women, and they shall prophesy. Heb 10:16 says "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord; I will put My Laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them," Luke 12:12 says "For the Holy Spirit shall teach you in the same hour what you ought to say. 1 John 2:27 says "But the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as His anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true and no lie, and as He has taught you, abide in Him. The above verses shows that all believers, men-servants, maid-servants indeed every Christian could receive knowledge from God deep down into their innermost beings through the Holy Spirit yet it baffles me why false pastors and prophets are having a field day deceiving people.
