Education must lead to optimum development of your potentials for service. Education only as a meal ticket and for self and selfish interest alone is mis-education. And mis-education does more harm to the individual and the society than no education at all. When I see the population of graduates churned out yearly from our tertiary institutions, it gives me a mixed feeling of joy and sadness. Joy, because we are becoming more enlightened as a nation. Sadness, because I see a greater percentage of mis-educated folks whose watchwords are me, myself and I whch portends danger for the future.
