Getting busy with God is the best antidote against melancholy. Despite the disappointments you're facing cos I have faced a lot of them. One thing you must do is turn not to drunkenness, nor formication, nor stealing, it only gives temporal relief to the flesh and punishes the soul, rather turn to God who made you and knows the best solution to our problems.
