Ministry is not about our reputations, or about the offerings, or about human approval, its about the glory of God made manifest in loving actions

We are to “put on Christ” not our make-up or our mask or our “business smile” when we go out the door! Instead of “developing a winning personality” lets “develop a Christ-like character”!
There is only one true religion and that is the worship of the God who created the heavens and the earth, the seas and springs of water (Rev. 14:7).
Love frees and liberates. Love lets go. Love wants people to mature into independent adults, no longer swayed here and there by every wind of doctrine.
James 3:15,16: Suppose a brother or sister does not have any clothes or daily food and one of you tells them, “Go in peace! Stay warm and eat heartily.” If you do not provide for their bodily needs, what good does it do? In these difficult times we need to do much more than saying: “I will pray for you brother, now go home and be warm!”. Instead we need to take some positive action steps toward helping that particular person, according to our ability to do so.

The problem of some Christians today, is that we have attributed a lot of things that the devil did not do to him. We magnify the devil as if he is something, when indeed he is nothing but a finished devil, a defeated foe. The devil is not omniscience, neither is he omnipotent nor omniprescence. As long as you are born again brother, the devil can do absolutely nothing to you.

Love those God brought your way, make financial sacrifices for your friends and family. The wealth God has given to you is not for you alone. Be aware of their needs, both large and small, and meet them according to your ability. Be open and vulnerable to those you love, their knowledge is finite, help them to love you return, teach them how to love you and show them what makes you joyful. Above all, pray for them always. Good morning.

True love is practical, it is Dorcas knitting a sweater for an older widow to keep to keep her warm, it is Jesus cooking fish on the beach for a very broken Peter or Timothy bringing Paul's cloak and his scrolls before winter, it is seeing your wife tired and giving a helping hand, it is listening to your younger ones telling a story about what happened at school and believing that it is important to you because its important to them even though you are busy.
